TwT Day 1: Group visits Mama Anna’s, a remarkable farm cooperative on the slopes of Mt. Meru. This is just the beginning of an amazing two-week learning experience in northern Tanzania.
On February 5th, the new Longido District Learning Centre will officially open. Staff is busy with preparations for the grand opening ceremony. All of the TEMBO sponsored Form 1 girls are on their way to secondary school. Each girl has two new tailored skirts, a sweat shirt for sports activities, a new sweater and tie and toiletries to last the first term. Many parents and guardians escorted the girls on their journey… Read full post »
