“We stayed a few weeks ago in Tembo guesthouse in longido and it was fantastic. The food was marvellous and all the staff is really trying to help you as much as possible. You get really a home feeling in the middle of a masaai village.You can also do a few trips in the area or even bumping all the way in a car to lake natron, but in that case stay there overnight. We did it in one day, the scenery is outstanding but we were about 13 hours(it’s only 128 km) in the car. On the way you can see also wildlife whitout being in a National Park and you see also a lot of masaai villages.
